Jennifer has been a Team Trainer, Program Coordinator, Assistant Director at TARC Industries/Employment Services and is currently the Director of TARC Case Management.


Tracey Herman

Tracey's employment history with TARC includes; job coach, employment specialist, case manager, and case management team leader. Tracey has served on committees at both the local and state level including the redesign of the Person Centered Support Plan process in Shawnee County, as well as the development of The Case Management Manual and Assessment Process.

Ann began her career at TARC in 1997 and brought 27 years of experience in the ID field. Ann has held many positions at TARC including; Job Coach, Employment Specialist, Program Coordinator and Case Manager.

Previously, Gail was a para in the deaf/blind program at a special purpose school. Gail has also been an adaptive physical education teacher for USD 501.

Sarah worked as a direct care staff for a development center in Manhattan, Kansas prior to accepting her position with TARC.



Tammy Edmiston

Tammy brings to TARC, her past seven year employment with a Kansas mental health center. Three of which were as a Crisis Case Manager, in Children's Services, with a focus on duel diagnosis.
Tammy is a member of the Disaster Response Team for Kansas.
