A Celebration of Lights: TARC's Winter Wonderland is a Topeka holiday tradition. This 2.5 mile lighted display is a delight for the child in everyone! Hundreds of themed holiday displays are presented to dazzle your entire family. Winter Wonderland is benefit for TARC, a not-for-profit service organization supporting more than 2500 infants, children, adults and seniors with developmental and related disabilities in Topeka and Shawnee County. Goodies are purchased by the pound and all proceeds from this yummy event benefit TARC, which helps provide excellent service to infants, children, adults and seniors with developmental and related disabilities.
