This office houses the Administration, Day Services , Children's Services , Assistive Technology Services , Seniors Services , Case Management , and CDDO divisions. This location is most easily reached by going to the intersection of 21st street and Randolph avenue (there is a light at this intersection), and traveling South on Randolph. TARC is the last facility on the West (right) side of the street, where Randolph dead-ends into part if the Shunga Park.
