TARC has two locations in Topeka, Kansas:

TARC INC: The TARC Inc main office is located at 2701 SW Randolph Ave, Topeka KS 66611. The phone is (785) 232-0597. This office houses the Administration, Day Services, Children's Services, Assistive Technology Services, Seniors Services, Case Management, and CDDO divisions. This location is most easily reached by going to the intersection of 21st street and Randolph avenue (there is a light at this intersection), and traveling South on Randolph. TARC is the last facility on the West (right) side of the street, where Randolph dead-ends into part if the Shunga Park.

TARC TIES: The TARC TIES office is located at 1800 SW 42nd St, Topeka KS 66609. The phone is (785) 266-2323. This location houses the TARC Industries / Employment Services division. The TIES office is located in the Southgate Industrial Park. This facility is most easily reached by going East on 42nd street from Burlingame Road.
